We offer a unique position in a fast-paced, growing, global, international lifestyle business within a company that has an entrepreneurial drive. Axopar has in a few years gone from a start-up company to a leader in the boating industry and aims to double the business in the coming 3 to 5 years. Year by year, Axopar develops sales in existing markets with more than 5 000 boats built so far, through a network of approximately 100 dealers in more than 50 countries.

We are now looking for an experienced Head of Brand and Marketing
Axopar has built a strong and recognizable brand over the ten years of its existence. The company will build on that success and over the coming years further strengthen and increase the visibility and value of the Axopar and Brabus brands in the marketplace.

As Head of Brand and Marketing you are responsible for shaping and managing Axopar’s brand strategy development, value proposition and brand positioning and its active visibility, so that it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. The Head of Brand and Marketing will, together with the brand and marketing team, build and grow the Axopar brand, in order to strengthen its identity, its reputation and perception in the market. You will ensure top performance within brand strategy development, brand identity management, communications, marketing activation strategy and online presence. Further you ensure research-based consumer insight and CRM strategies and customer lifecycle engagement strategies are in place. The Head of Brand and Marketing should drive innovation in branding and marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors and adapt the brand strategy to evolving market conditions and explore opportunities for brand expansion and diversification and overall visibility on the market.

We are looking for a Head of Brand and Marketing who has a holistic view of brand and marketing. We expect you to have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience and a track record in managing and developing brand and marketing for a strong, international B2C brand in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strategic mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully leading brand and marketing teams and driving brand and marketing development on a strategic level.
